BoxAir An innovative concept coupled with state-of-the-art technology !

BoxAir® technology simply detects the position of your aircraft and breaks down your policy cover either on the ground or in flight.
This information is confidential and is only used for accounting management.
Fully autonomous, and not connected to the on-board network, the BoxAir® is battery powered (long-life 26 Ah, with a 5-year lifespan). It is approved by the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) via a Service Bulletin (SB).

A team of specialists will maintain the equipment for you :

You arrange for the installation of the box on your fleet (discreet black box measuring 10 x 10 x 5 cm) according to the recommendations of the SB linked to your aircraft (helicopter or aeroplane). Then you can forget about it for the duration of the policy.
There is no maintenance or handling for your crews, the only requirement is that the BoxAir® must be continuously kept on board to maintain the warranty.
When the Insurance Management System (IMS) software detects the end of life of the battery, we just replace the beacon !

The BoxAir® beacon is equipped with the latest technology in order to identify your position; it communicates the accounting situations of your helicopter each day (on the ground cover or in flight cover) by GSM transmission (1) with the exclusive interface developed by Gritchen Aéronautique: Insurance Management System (IMS), which will manage the adjustment of your premiums.
